Bioré Deep Pore Cleanser

Keeping My Skin Under Control With Bioré

Bioré Deep Pore Charcoal Cleanser

I’ve been using the Bioré Deep Pore Charcoal Cleanser($6.50) for the last few months and it’s kind of thrown me for a loop. I say that because it feels like my skin has improved since I’ve been using it. Now this isn’t a drastic improvement because I wasn’t battling serious acne to begin with. I had the occasional breakout that seemed to show up around my cycle, but nothing to lose my mind over. However, it seems like even that is under control.

It took me a long time to talk about this product because I kept thinking I was crazy for feeling like my face looked clearer. I would think about reaching for something else or even going out to buy something new only to change my mind because it felt like the Bioré was working.

I’ve tried other products with charcoal, namely the Boscia Black Cleanser. I won’t say one is better than the other. I think it depends on what you want. The Bioré leaves my skin with a cool tingle and open feeling. Some have described it as harsh, so be aware if you have sensitive skin. The Boscia one has been described as more gentle by others. I like them both, but lean more toward the Bioré because it’s more affordable.

  1. I have been looking for a a good cleanser because my face has been just breaking out! right now I am using the Neutrogena All Natural cleanser, I like it but after an hour my face becomes super oily….I think I will try this, to see how it works. how long did you start seeing results?

  2. I’ve actually been wanting to try this, but I wasn’t sure if it was worth the money! I’m going to get it when my Clean N Clear runs out.
